As an international attorney, Walter Kim has concluded more than $4 billion in financial transactions worldwide and represented over 100 corporate transactions. He specializes in matters related to the senior management decision-making process, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganization, operating management, planning, and short- and long-term debt and capital involvement, including capital sourcing. This includes all types of investment requirements, such as business reorganization, capital restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, foreign licensing, and corporate valuations for cash, equity, warrants, etc. Mr. Kim has held several senior managerial positions, including chairman of the board, director, auditor, and general counsel for medium-sized and large multinational conglomerates. He served as General Counsel for a large Korean consumer products company with over 80 distribution networks around the world.

Phillip Sann is an experienced and entrepreneurial professional who is passionate about working in fast-paced environments with high-achieving teams focused on execution and results. He loves technology and is a champion of cybersecurity. He single-handedly improvised, developed, and perfected the cybersecurity operations manual at Boeing. He is self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and a strong collaborator with a keen attention to detail. He welcomes the challenge of addressing issues that are new or outside his area of expertise. He has traveled to over 30+ countries and 30+ U.S. states. His multicultural background and experiences help him interact with diverse groups of people.

He has a proven track record of building enterprise value and delivering new revenue and profit by creating new markets through joint ventures, strategic partnerships, alliances, and mergers and acquisitions.

Phillip Sann – Co-Founder & CFO.
Drawing from his experience in corporate auditing, Mr. Sann is adaptable and thrives in an ever-changing market environment and a collaborative, team-driven culture. He believes in the power of networking and lifelong learning. With his deep, multidisciplinary expertise in executive management, project development, data analytics, cybersecurity, strategic planning, and finance, Mr. Sann can align appropriate partners and capabilities with internal and external constituent interests.
Mr. Sann is a problem solver and is known for being people-centric. He is inquisitive by nature. He designed, developed, and implemented a comprehensive cybersecurity operational manual for global and domestic use, automating existing processes into scalable solutions. He strives to find creative ways to mitigate risks while achieving business goals.
